The fully automatic continuous stretch vacuum packaging machine is designed for high-efficiency and versatile food packaging applications. Equipped with photoelectric tracking, it supports both printed cover films and transparent films, reducing packaging costs while enhancing product appearance.

The system uses modular interchangeable molds with integrated cooling, making format changeovers quick and easy, and allowing the same machine to handle multiple products. Optional inkjet or coding systems can be added for product identification and traceability.

To meet extended shelf-life requirements, the machine allows nitrogen or mixed gas flushing in addition to vacuum sealing. It is powered by the original German BUSCH RA0203 vacuum pump, ensuring high vacuum levels, stable performance, and long-term durability.

Additional features include an edge-trim recycling system for a clean production environment, and an advanced cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting system for precise and consistent pack finishing.
